Having read the thread about daily van useage (not Iveco specific, I mean everyday....) I have just realised* that my T25 is still registered as a van.  This despite having been converted from new to camper by Richard Holdsworth (why Dicky never bothered his arse to change the V5 is beyond me - probably too busy cutting up sofas for garish seat covers).  

 

As this might have implications with the increasing LEZzer type of legislation (yes, yes its pez but still...) I really ought to get it changed.

 

anybody have any idea how simple this might be with the new slimline Doovla and can I do this while the vehicle is still SORN'ed.  If there is going to be ball-ache I would rather do it now than when I want to use the van again after Chrimbo....

I changed mine. Simple. Changed the V5 and sent it to DVLA along with some photos showing reg number and a list of whats fitted to make it a camper. If I remember it must have a sink, cooker, bed and storage space.

Yep simple if it is same tax class.  Pictures of things like water storage and cooker etc. 

 

If it needs to change tax class (which it wont I dont think) then you get the post office to change it when taxed then do the same. 

 

Also changes your speed limits
