Didn't realise you lived in Lostock Hall, thought you lived in t'Blackpool for some reason.

From the map I'm guessing you live somewhere close to the Tardy Gate. We used to occasionally go in there afterwork if we were having a meeting in Preston. Bet its quite a lively* pub on an evening that one.

*What with all the fighting and that

Wow Father Ted!! You're not too far away from me. Just go down the M6 then follow the M58 to the first junction and pray you don't get lost :lol: By the way, have you found yourself a motor yet..?

Tardy gate is technically my local, being as its only about 20 yards away however rough as a badgers arse does ot even begin to describe the pub, they recently had a refurb and put some new sawdust down on the floor. I much pefer the Anchor and its friday night lock ins, at least no one has been stabbed yet in the Tardy, unlike the Vic. I work in some of the seedier bits of Blackpool and spend most of the week there ( I also came from there) so consider it home really. Not got a car yet, but quite hopefull on this H plate Pug 205 slushmatic on the Bay.
