over the road a 59 plate merc c220d

next is a 04 micra with 2k miles

then a 60 plate bmw 530 gt and a 62plate audi a1

next is a bmw 220i and a bmw 320d

so on and so on

next door have a comings n goings of all types of shite; it a house that's always been rented, but the family of 3 generations are all packed into the house; perpetually pregnant early 40's daughter has a diesel corolla of 98 vintage; a few weeks ago it passed me on t motorway packed full of kids n her disbaled 'ma doing at least 100mph...

 

She had a 2000 2litre petrol met grey Ghia mondeo, a few years ago, which belonged to my sister 1 owner before her; my sister sold it in Ennis co.clare, n it was a bit mad to see it  return here, like it had some sort of homing instinct back to our estate here, or something.... it was a nice car that my sis kept very well; in the space of a few months I watched it deteriorate rapidly next door

 

her trilby hat wearin father has a different car every 3 weeks (tho a  common enough practice here to avoid paying any road tax at all) - currently rolls round in a filthy  '00 opel astra, that falling to bits...

..his son has a well shook T4 2.5 tdi with bullbars n spotlamps...

 

Trilby hat wearing father tried unsuccessfully a few years ago to sell me a skoda pickup with 67k miles on it that wouldn't start n had a shagged gearbox (his mate told me when he went into the house briefly) - I passed at €800!!

 

My mates dad who originally built all the houses in the estate, has two boats, a 90's landcruiser, a 1997 e class diesel merc, n an 02 transit (which belongs to my mate his son, while in works in Netherlands).. also has a 96 Toyota carina in purple which has done 450k miles - he bought it years ago at a garda auction....

I live in a short terraced street, with only on-street parking, so sometimes you have to fight for a space...

No1: black BMW 1-series on a private plate.

No2: no car.

No3: no car.

No4: silver 04 Vectra diesel.

No5: new tenants with private plated Vauxhalls.  White Corsa (not current shape) and blue Astra (current) which is bloated to hell and I think may be a VXR.  He can't bloody drive it anyway, he's never parked within 3 feet of the kerb!

No6: Blue Pug 208 and 13 plated Clio in metallic red.

No7: Maroon 53 V40 diesel estate.  Also has a bike, a big one, touring style.  Can't remember what it is.

No8: me, so see below.  The Tacuma lives outside the door as we now have a Disabled space, but the Mercury just goes wherever I can fit it.

No9: used to have a Skoda Octavia estate but now has a 52 plated Ka in dark blue.  I think he has a biggish bike too but can't remember seeing him on it lately.

No10: no car.

No11: silver Clio, 52 plate.  The last odd-numbered house.

No12: white 64 plate Pug 2008, which replaced a 208, also white.

No14: blue 13 plate Corsa. 

No16: black diesel Golf on a private plate; lowered and on ridiculous Merc wheels with rubber bands instead of tyres.  Pumped-up upper body and arms, covered in tattoos and a textbook case of Small Dog Syndrome (him, not the Golf).
