Info on where to get key cut,have these got any chip in them?

That does look like a transponder key, it's totally different to my older type.

Timpsons can wave it past a reader and tell you if it has a chip, and whether they can copy it.

 

Other mostly-successful but quite expensive key cutting facilities are available.
