Is OAT compatible with 989cc/three pot Di Shitzu donk?

As above,

Using MIL's 1000 CC Charade this week.

 

I checked oil/watter etc after 200 miles at 70+ and found...

 

 

Orange coolant in the rad.

 

Is all OAT orange?

Is all glycol blue?

 

Book say's glycol only.

 

Should I drop the orange?

 

Any suggestions welcome.

If its a nice bright colour, just leave it, its fine whatever it is (its not kia-ora right?)

Some of the newer pink coolants look just like the rusty water you see in old cars . Makes me do a double take sometimes. I think it depends on the colour of the vessel its in.

Ta, it's in a proper radiator, with a proper, metal, twist off cap albeit funsize when compared to a Series 3.

I'll not mess wi' it then.
