Sorry for the lack of replies to any PM's! Had technology problems whilst away from home (my Ipad crashed and needed hooking up to my home PC to restore the thing).

Really sorry guys! That was embarrassing.

The purchase of the replacement car has been delayed for a few weeks owing to discovering the fact that the car I intended to get is in fact a 2.4 Accord rather than a 2.0.

The running costs increase quite considerably, the VED for a 2007 2.4 is £485 it seems! Plus fuel consumption, insurance etc.

If anyone is still interested in the Accord once the replacement is found then I will reply in a timely and proper manner! Honest.

Edit.

The mileage has increased slightly now though after the Lytham to Taunton to Newcastle to Dumfries and back to Lytham trip...... Now at 191,170..
