Is this oil ok for a 2007 Corsa D petrol ecotec 1.4

I said the other day to my brother I would use my trusty pela pump and give his car a service and wondered if Havoline ultra V is ok for his car.

 

His car is a 2007 corsa 1.4 petrol

At the moment it's quite cheap on car parts 4 less but I don't want to sludge up his car and can't keep up with all these modern oil specs that keep changing on a weekly basis, but I also don't want to spend too much money on his Corsa.

 

Or if it's no better than dishwater could someone give me a pointer on a good cheap oil to use.
