cheap diesel. £650 03 plate peugeot 206 station wagon 2.0hdi xt

hi fellow shiters, a friend of mine wants to sell his car as he hardly ever uses it. he lost his job a while back and bought it to go to interviews. having got a new job within wakjing distance he has asked me to sell the car for him because it has sat for 6 months doing nothing, and he knows nothing about cars and also has no internet.
the car is an 03 plate peugeot 206 station wagon. 2.0 hdi. its the xt model, so i think its high up on specs and got aircon, electric windows, trip computer etc. its got 15 stamps in the service book and has some old receipts and mots etc.
the only bad points i can see is it could maybe do with a rear bumper off ebay for around £30 and just bolt it on ,this just appeared after revesing into a bollard and has distorted it, but it never bothered him. also i will have to recharge the battery as its been sat and is flat or knackered lol.
he wants me to put it on ebay for him, but i thought id try it on here at a shitters price first, as i can't be doing with the normal ebay idiots.
he will take £675 and no offers, or its off the the fleabay.
its taxed until the end of feb and motd until the end of april, its done 160,000 but pulls like a train still.
