Ban 'man bags'. Anyone caught with one should be repeatedly punched to the floor, the bag and contents burnt in front of them and they should be forced to replace it with a ruck sack or carrier bag.

Mrs Grundig bought me one of those once, in an attempt to modernise me - I found it very useful for carrying tools in as a sort of tote tray
