Anyone got access to the DVLA / VOSA / HPI database?

I've recently bought another project car without a logbook, To fill out the paperwork to get a V5 I need to know the chassis number. However the car has had a galvanised factory replacemement chassis a long time ago and it does not appear to be stamped.

 

Just wondering if anyone had access to the system and could look up a chassis number for me based on having only the registation number and make and model only. Its definately on the system with it last being on the road in 2004.

 

If theres any chance you can help please send me a pm, as theres a chance you can save me from a trip to the DVLA office or paying one of the HPI firms to give me the information.

Yeah I really need this as well, bought a bike as project but need the reg number to be able to do anything and dvla are about as helpful a chocolate teapot lol
