One thing which is really annoying is the rear brake pipes corrode really badly and they are routed up around the rear subframe, know of a few bursting on the rollers at mot tests

But anyway. I will say the Vectra of '99 has aged somewhat more gracefully than a Mongdo of the same vintage.

 

Aye think how shite it would look in silver though, Billy's Vectra is a rather nice hue.

That looks grand - I've only driven one Vectra, a 2-litre dual-fuel job as a works pool car, and did indeed find it comfy.

Dunno. A nice late SRi doesn't look at all council and shout 'PEASANT', wheras the Mondeo does. It's just blended into the scenery. An R reg prefaclift Envoy in red with a missing wheeltrim looks grim tho.
