Weber carb ID

Can anyone identify this for me? The only numbers that I can see on the carb are 24213 181 03 and 00D42 but none of these seem to relate to anything or at least anything that makes sense. I am now officially puzzled.

from those pictures it looks like a weber 38 dgas to me as fitted to 3.0 capris

Thanks very much for figuring it out. I guess £45 on the 'bay is better than me stubbing my toe on the bloody thing.

Its for a Cologne rather than an Essex,the spacer plate is triangular to clear the distributor,Cologne has the distributor mounted at the rear, Essex at the front.
