Tonka Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Having failed to get anywhere near what he paid me for it when it "sold" on Ebay last week the buyer has stuck it in Bawtry Auctions............. http://www.bmar.co.uk/Vehicle/Details/5657d2cb-c3a8-4c06-89f7-290c20143af3 I'm starting to feel a bit guilty, if I had known it's fate I would still be driving it now, I didn't need to sell it I just saw an opportunity too good to miss.......... Sorry car you deserve better.
Mr_Bo11ox Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Don’t beat yourself up about it, you did great work!!! Whatever happens its pretty likely to stay alive for a good while longer - that’s what counts, not the success or otherwise of this guy’s ham-fisted wheeler dealer efforts.
brickwall Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 I'm sure someone will pick it up as a Do Want.
worldofceri Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Why not go and buy it back for less than you sold it for? Be the ULTIM8 WEELER DEELER!!1!
Partridge Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Either way it was only heading for the bean cans before...so it’s not doing bad.
Tonka Posted February 23, 2013 Author Posted February 23, 2013 Apparently it sold provisionally at £650 (reserve is £1300) and it's back in on Monday, there was loads of interest in it at the local RR meet two months ago all he has to do is take it somewhere like that and it's £££££££££
cobblers Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 fuggin bawtry auctions? clearly the guy is a flipping brain donor, you couldn't sell ham to rick waller at that place!
