Critiquing Used Car Garages

I have been out in my 1988 BMW 735iSE with the BMW Club this weekend near Daventry, after our pub lunch we walked across the road to critique a used car garage. This Chevrolet Geo Metro convertible was the most usual and the worst condition on the forecourt with a price of £995 dirty flat paint needing a polish on the outside. Inside soaking wet and mouldy. Generally all the cars were poorly presented. I have always enjoys Critiquing used car garaged but I never realised it was such a popular pastime with friends from the BMW Club.

Retail is detail and all that. It amazes me that some of these places are able to trade successfully with such little effort.

To be fare, they could get it in concourse condition and slap a £10 price tag in the window and no one would buy it

Maybe the point is they don't trade successfully. Garages can be GR9 4 FORNTIN INIT!!!11!1

Theyre never gonna get anywhere near 1000 quid for that, and they know it. I suspect they'll leave it lying there until someone comes along who knows what it is, offers them a bit more than scrap money, at which point they will dig it out and breathe a sigh of relief!
