another old heap ends up on my driveway!, this ones not mine thou. Brought off Retro-rides by a mate, its going to be his first car. Its pretty good nick really does need a few bits but nothing major.

Are they really nice to drive? I thought the old Viva engine would be a bit dire.My mum had one when I was little, in a burnt orange kind of colour and I wouldn't mind acquiring one myself to rekindle memories of brown check uphoulstery.

Yes. Sure they are a bit slow & rough, but they have a nice 'feel'. You sit down low with a high transmission tunnel and little snicky gearshift in exactly the right place. I like them.

the chevette does seem pretty nice to drive needs a new drivers seat and some bushes on the rear suspension to be prefect. The engine is nice pulls well for a 1.3 quiet too under 60mph.

 

More stuff from today, went to Norfolk to view a camper with a mate. This stuff was all in the same yard:

there was load more stuff i couldnt get photos of, austin a55, 70's merc, loads more campers, more tractors and 90's american tat.
