Ben_L Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Better than a piece of card with biro scribbled all over it illegibly... Also, probably legal*....
wackywacerwill Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Good effort that man. Marker pen and cardboard is industry standard no?
fotorabia Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 When my mate and i bought our 1979 Ford A-Series ex-scout group bus in East London 1993...i handpainted the number plate on the front bumper..YSN80T..that freaked the German police out when we took it over there...
Albert Ross Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 That's a lot of effort to save a fiver....
michael1703 Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Is that the Shell at DISS which I frequent? How much weight can a fister tow? them trailers arent particularly light before you go throwing scrap in them
Richard Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Somewhere in the region of 900kg as far as I can tell. I think you have to go by the trailer's maximum weight and not its current weight- i.e. if you can't tow it full you can't tow it empty.
willswitchengage Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 I am also additionally puzzled by that car size:trailer size ratio there... Also, been there with spazzy numberplates. My old car was AK52 KHT, and my Dad's old lightboard was YF52 KUN. A paintbrush sorted that out so well I was even caught speeding using it!
