Duplicate Renner cull -anyone interested?

I think I'm going to sell some of my ridiculous excess off -as I move further into eccentricity & obscure tat.

 

I thought I'd offer some up here- prior to Thiefbay. They'll not stop here long -but if you are interested, do get in touch and I'll sort details/pics etc.

 

I've a couple of Renault 12 estates going begging. With another (rarer) 2 , these ones have just been sitting around.

One has a hideous hand-painted paintjob, a lil rust- needing tlc in one rear door squab patch and drivers floorpan (say 4 inch square & 6x1 respectively), but runs a treat, dented rear bumper but its an easy sort/MOT .

T'other has 2 replacement (2ndhand) front wings, so a bit multicoloured. Bottom of the rear doors are shabby, but its structurally sound. Brakes were overhauled (-top to toe) last year and head skimmed & pump replaced, following gasket failure. Tickover currently erratic (-prob poor fuel) but it drives OK. This currently has a towhitch fitted -which I intended to use. This will be removed prior to sale -needed for my 12 van.

 

I've a spare early (chrome bumper) 18 saloon sitting in the corner, too. Saved from the crusher -it hadnt been out of its lockup since late 80's. I've done most of the work to return to the road- but its just sat as I cant find a use for it. Replacement (2nd hand) front wings with edges matched to the car (but outer panels harlequin), I recommisioned it to MOT standard - but then left it. From memory -its very low mileage & the interior is mint, excellent starter & runner but base level spec ,with a 4 spd box, keep fit windows etc.

 

That'll do for starters.. if anyone is interested- I'm based on the south coast midway Brighton/Portsmouth. Shiters discount applies till they hit 'that auction site'.
