Aye, getting ripped off.

£1895 is mega-retail for an X plate Celica. CAP trade values it as about £700-£800.

Loads of dealer cars with less mileage on AutoTrader at under £1400, and a grand buys a 130k+ miler privately.

At the right price I would though, they're one of the few cars I've never heard of any horror stories with, so long as it's been looked after it should be fine I reckon.

He's bought it anyway, "nothing near by and need wheels quick"

I thought you meant one of these:

Should have read Aircon though.......will not have even been an option on those.

Always worth paying what may be considered a premuim if the car in question happens to be exceptionally good;plenty of crap cars to be had for a few hundred less, but would a few hundred spent on them make them as good as the one offered ?

Thats not a very big car place, just near Longwater lane if I'm thinking of the right place

Mrs P had one earlier this year. She only kept it for a month but it seemed to be a reasonable old thing. Nothing to get excited over though.
