Hope that I'm not hi-jacking your thread but here is another one:

This one is travelled by Joe Davis, who I've come to know quite well over the years. Until about five years ago it was built into a trailer, and along with a showman's living van was transported by an ERF A series ballast tractor, but then when he was 83, they wouldn't renew his HGV licence so it was rebuilt into its present form.

 

He is perhaps better known for 'escorting' the heavy stuff around the 'playpen' at the Great Dorset Steam Fair, in his pre-war police uniform complete with push-bike. A true legend

Its an insult to a fine piece of craftsmanship those organs are to use a crap bit of tin called a ldv.
