I am sure the normal "ignore it all" will obviously occur, but I have to say for once i can see nothing good form this "RED TAPE' reduction

Ha, I won't be that short of work, I'm multi-talented

 

Interesting to note that the petition has the number plate transfer situation the wrong way around. It won't release any dormant numbers or cause a mass cull of dead already 50's austins but it may well *clarification awaited* make reg numbers on pre 60 cars non-transferrable as is already the case with pre 60 commercials, PSVs and tractors (MoT exempt classes)
