One of my nieces just rang me..... she and her other half have a Rover 211. Well, the other month, it popped the top hose, and it was deemed to be a fatigue failure, not pressurising, and trimmed, refitted and forgotten about until today. Seems it fell off again, but this time it properly, as it OMG HGF K Series etc. Bearing in mind this is the 1.1 8V unit, only built because the Metro/R100 decided not to play for NCAP. Just been taxed, so 5 whole months remaining, about 3 months test... 5 door, Silver, a few scrapes and marks here and there..... Anyone interested at £175 with tax in? Possibly get that across the bridge, or I guess £125 no Tax... Obviously it'll not drive, so needs trailering away.... I told her I'd see what I could get for it, and this is just testing the water. I can hopefully get pics tomorrow if anyone's bothered. So there you have it, "not perfect" R plate 211 5 Door, req HGF sorting, short test, option of tax if required. Those prices are negotiable, obviously. Location North Doncaster. Ideally gone before the end of May! Ta.
