Greetings from Sri Lanka!

Hello fellow shiters! I thought I'd finally take the plunge and register, being a long-time lurker of this parish. I'm from good old Albion but I'm living in Sri Lanka nowadays and there certainly is plenty of tat to see here (no MoTs here so any old crap is on the road). There's plenty of J-tin here - old 70s Datsuns and Toyotas, BMC/Leyland stuff, one or two Montegos, a few old Beetles and other air cooled VW jobs but surprisingly few Fords. Problem is, I don't have a photobucket or a flickr account so can't post any pics. Can anyone help please?

Hi there CT. I've lived in various places - Colombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya (cold and rainy there) etc. The Montegos were in Nuwara Eliya. I've got loads of pics to post up but I cold do with some advice as to how to go about it...

It's dead easy, Photobucket is the easiest and give plenty of storage. They offer a few ways to upload pics from your computer, and when you view them on your online album, hover over the picture, the links pop up, click on the bottom one with the tags, then just paste in your reply box on the forum. WIN!

^^^ Also this, imgur has an excellent stripped-down, minimalist interface which is dead easy, and kind to my old hardware. Plus, you don't even need to create an account or folder, you can just upload and go.
