Newspaper help?

In my mad buy anything Safrane V6 collection i had a meet with someone yesterday who has 3 fantastic Safrane launch ads put into the Daily Telegraph in Feb 1993,i have all three dates but where do i buy the newspapers from,at a sensible price,NOT £45 each on one of these Birthday/special event sites that charge the earth!

Just want a complete paper,not framed etc,but Goggle/e-bay seem to be a bit unhelpful and throw up all the expensive options...

The library or archives or keep newspapers - you may have to ask around for national ones but I know they stock local ones. They will print out a page for about a quid.

Wot station said. For example my local library has tons of papers on microfilm or microfiche. I recommend booking the machine and letting them know in advance what dates you want so they can dig them out for you.

Google has online archives of newspapers. http://news.google.com/newspapers I don't think it will help you on this occasion (I think the leads you've been given already will though) but it's interesting to browse through. Although most of it is American there's quite good coverage of the Glasgow Herald, and there must be more from the UK if you wade through.
