Spotted: Simca 1100 on French plates in Leicester

It most definitely was that one...I don't suppose there would've been much chance of another 1100 driving around Leicester on French plates!

I actually thought that, as a permanent resident of this country, you were not allowed to drive a foreign-registered car AT ALL! I'd be amazed if Leicestershite Cuntstabberary aren't stopping him every other day- then again, maybe it's not that surprising, as, in my experience(and, unfortunately, I have plenty of that, as I had been targeted by a gang of chavs vandalising my car and house whenever they felt like it), most of them are total mongs and have no idea about legislation, physics ("you'd need X metres to stop from that speed, so you'd hit the van in front", "yes, but the van would also need at least the same amount of metres to stop", "erm erm, yes but it's raining") or anything for that matter (also see the undercover Channel Four documentary about them).
