One day in Derbyshire. Saab overload.

We had a ride out towards Bakewell on Saturday, and the fine weather sure brought out the old car types!

These 2 spotted as we left Sheffield.

This was ahead of us at the fuel pumps - a hint of things to come.

Spotting this hinted at things to come too.

5mins later, we pulled in for a cuppa, and found what looked like the SAAB owners club out for a day trip.

Nice pair!

This pulled in just after us. Had no idea SAAB ever produced such a thing. I LIKE!!

Moved on to Bakewell it's self, which is always a mecca for cars and bikes.

This was tucked away in a work's car park.

No idea what this is, couldn't get close enough to find out.

Never seen one in the flesh before!

There always seems to be a good contingent of VW campers.

Yes, I know they're vastly overpriced, and not actually as good as some of their rivals, but I still love the old busses! This one seems to be standing a bit tall!

Whilst this one looks better lowered and, I think, on smaller wheels.

And, when it comes to cool, there really is nothing that can hold a candle to a really nice splitty!
