Honda Accord CTD-i Bader- any good?

As above. My significant other has been cleared to drive, and fancies a dizzler Honda (cos her friend from work has one). Given that:

 

a: it's gonna take me ages to source and fit the 36,892 bushes to the back of the Vanq

b: she's crap at manual gearchanges

c: she doesn't like my 911

 

would this be a good buy, and how easy would it be to re-sell? this model seems to fall off a cliff in terms of price.

Which generation is it? - the 98-02 one, the 03 to 08 one, or the new one? (the last two look very similar).

 

R Welfare of this parish runs a 2000 petrol one. Maybe PM him?
