Modern Rover shite

Had a drive in a Rover 75 2 litre turbo today. I was pleasantly surprised at how well appointed it was but amazed at the heaviness of the clutch. It was like something from 30 years ago. Are they all like this?

2.0 Turbo? Aren't they 1.8s?

 

The clutches can be heavy on 'em, yeah. Not always, but some do tend to strain the old calf muscles a bit.
