And finally a mate came to visit on sunday riding this, he made it up from some boxes of bits he was given! His other transport is a Douglas Dragonfly.

Yes Michiel it was. There were problems though, which would have made import and registration an absoulute nightmare once it arrived in UK. Absolutely no paperwork with it for a start

Seller had also not bothered to get it running before I arrived, or even dig it out of the barn.

We did get it to run but the fuel pump was not working so unable to drive it, or even move it.

There was some rust but it was fixable.

Ambassador seems to be a very rare bike now. This one goes suprisingly well on the road.
