Cooling system now sorted:

Radiator cleaned and painted

Fan cleaned and tested

All jubilee clips tight and working

All hoses in the right place

New Gates thermostat fitted, all mating surfaces cleaned and a new seal installed

Expansion tank clamp fitted correctly

New rubber mountings fitted to airbox and expansion tank

All corroded fixings replaced
