Catalan Spots - pisspoor really

Returned from Spain last week after 2 weeks in the Palafrugell area of Catalonia. Flew into Barcelona, hired a Picasso and spent the next 2 weeks very dissapointed at the lack of shite.

 

One of the problems is that the particular area we were in is mostly lived in by the very rich. Having said that i did see a few - as always though the best spots were when i did not have my camera with me - this is a Nikon SLR and is pretty big to lug around - my wife's snapper was not avaliable as she neglected to bring the recharger with her...

 

stuff I didn't snap included:

 

A yard full of wonderful vintage SEATS - mostly 600 and 800's - rare as you like outside Spain

 

A mint E28 525d - once again a rare car

 

A Mint Renner 6 in sky blue

 

A mint late 70's Toyota landcruiser

I love those Seat Terra 'people-carrier' things, they're like the Fiesta-based Courier Combi but worse in almost every way

Moke was mint - lots of 'retro chic' spoilt Barcelona kids round there

 

I'd love a Seat Terra - huge thing - seemed bigger than the legendary berlingo!
