That's the whole point though, I WAS trying to generate interest! The one thing you want to do with at stolen car post is to get everybody to look at it. I would have totally understood it if I was trying to sell something.

^^^^Yadda yadda fucking yadda. I'll tell you what it is about R-R. I reckon its made it into the 'big league' of forums with thousands of members including stacks of international folk. Look at all the other 'big name' forums out there - VZi, passionford, pistonheads, E30zone and so on - all jam-packed full of the most mind-numbingly inane shite you could possibly imagine. Now look at R-R. The worst you could say about it is that the main board is a bit duller than it used to be. The readers rides bit is probably the best one out there anywhere and the for sale board is class in a glass, I have sold loads of cars through there at no cost to myself and have not met anyone who I could say was a moron.

 

Your beef seems to be with the 'rules' they have over there. Theres something funny about the fact that you are over here and creating a whole multi-page thread of whinging about their rules - a thread which would never even get out of the starting blocks over there. Anyway, the thread didn't start out as an 'I hate RR blah blah' post, it just decended to that pretty quick like. Can we just keep the moaning about other fora to the GOM thread please? That's what it's there for an' all...
