My nomination for Shiteist in Show goes to this Metrocab:

 

 

 

Ford Cortina Mk2 from the front, Sherpa van from the side, and Simca-esque at the back. Love it!

Blimey, thats one of two Metrocab prototypes ever made. Presumably the only survivor, wonder why it was registered in 77 considering both were put on trial when they were first made/

I love the way the front bumper bears no resemblance to the recess it's meant to fit into.

Hey I remember in my David Bewwamy I-spy cars book from about 1983, there was a taxi prototype which looked like a range rover with a funny grille. I think it even had som range rover panels. Does anyone know what i'm talking about?
