93 daihatsu charade,any experiences?

Have just picked up one of these for a friend in white on a K plate,1.3 auto with 12 months ticket,was very cheap,has been well looked after and goes and stops as it should....

 

However this must be one of the only J cars I don't know anything about, so is there anyone who has had experiences of these good and bad and knows of anything that might be liable to drop off or break in the near future please share
