Dunno if it’s the Perodua or the Daihatsu version but one of them has a 2 door option.

Yeah, the Daihatsu Cuore was 3 and 5 door, but the Kelisa was only 5 door. 

I'm sure it was a similar situation with the Nippa and the Mira(?) it was based on. 

Side point - I bet there's already a thread somewhere, but there's loads of  'cars that are just rehashed versions of others' isn't there? Like the early Daewoo's that were Astra based?

Sorry, I missed this question.

I don't know much about it - it sounds really fun, but I'm not a massive fan of the look of the sporty/special edition versions of cars, I tend to prefer basic ones, although I have been known to upgrade the handling.  ☺️

I wrote a Mini off in 1999 and received a Daihatsu Cuore 1.0 as a lease whilst I found a replacement. I loved it, the three cylinder engine was a revelation after the frankly bloody awful 1275 my Mini had.
