Roadrunner for me-for about 15years. Now fully owned by RSA-so I'll be watching their 'independent' advice.The only time I've claimed -when SWMBO rolled her Saab- brushing another BMW, they did ask for proof/background, but weren't onerous or difficult.And they listened- when 'said otherparty' started adding damage, whiplash injuries etc.His claim got substantially reduced, & my Renewal only went up by£35.

Footman James have been great for me, 3 Renault 4's, 2 DS's, H van, Ami 6 and the Avantime all for £600.the only slight prob is the Lambro pick up, to much like a bike so they don't want to cover it.Its the new stuff that puts the cost up, last year without the Avi was under £300.When the R4 broke down in Limoges and could'nt get sorted they flew us both home and trailered the car back...result!
