Ok all, the daily driver I bought last month is for sale due to an ignition fault I no longer have the time or resources to chase - essentially the injectors and the ignition is intermittent - the car can be driven with a bridge from the battery to the coil - I have replaced the usual suspects:new crankshaft sensor - £40new coil - £50new ignition amp - £80car also has new leads - £20new rotor arm - £10the above are ususally the suspects however, replacing them hasn't solved the problem - could be ECUso car is in herts - it is in very good nick and these cars are quick - withb a few bob- and time (time being the important bit) you could get yourself a tidy retro daily drivercar is MOT'd until September 10 and is taxed to same - tax disc not included for obvious reasonsfirst offer secures

Can't see pics! Need to be member!I had a similar problem with another car. There is nothing worse than a random ignition problem. Is it cured with the 'bridge' between the coil and battery?
