Miserable Wedding Cars

Apologies for ressurecting a relatively old subject, but honeymooning, being ill and catching up on 3 weeks of Ebay tat (70 pages) have got in the way.

 

Cav_Estate of this very forum managed to get his Hillman Imp working last week to use as a wedding car (for his own wedding).

As Hillman Imp mentioned, this is what rolled me up to my wedding last month:

It was great to have it back on the road in time for the big day (it got an MOT a whole 5 days previously - what was I worrying about?), albeit with a couple of minor issues to sort. Nothing much that could spoil a good photo though, it seems.

 

 

Canon 5D MKII + plush lens = No visible rust!

 

 

Oh, and the good lady wife? We drove to reception together but we only live 3 doors down from the church, so she walked. Well, we do live in Yorkshire!
