Stamford Car Show 2018, Super Sunday washout special

For the last 15 years, the good folks of the Stamford Round Table have held an annual car show on the Stamford Town Meadow, over the bank holiday weekend.

It's free to attend, and usually attracts about 500 cars, there's a programe available for £2.00 which I always buy because I like to support people that support the town I live in, especially when they're doing something like this.

 

Unfortunately, this weekend was a bit of a damp one, but it was still worth me dragging my hide out the the warmth of my bed sheets and down for a bit.

Nice pics despite the weather.....It was only 4 weeks ago we tried to eat our lunch on Town Meadow and beat a retreat as it was too hot!
