The brand new in the box 1980s Phillips cassette player that was destined for Viva but ended up in the 1989 Corona wagon aka Nina Cortinas 'Sharona" is now having to be invested in by snapping up cool old tapes from the op-shops.I just bought:

Metamorphosis.The Rolling Stones.

Tommy.The Who.

Nice n Rough.Ike and Tina Turner.

Bob Dylans Greatest Hits.

 

At $1 or 50c WTF..the original vinyl is going for heaps..and whose gonna rip out yer old cassette player when they need some glue...

and on the auction last week i scored this for $2

a revolving tape dispenser filled with old blanks..
