Top bidder @ 250,000 did not have the money, even after Trade Me had checked the bidder was able to pay before the auction ended, they had got rid of a number of rogue bids. T/M are now tracking he losers to see if they are still interested

Why do people bid if they don't have the money? Do these people have psychological problems?
