Mondeo mk3 Anti Roll Bar Rubbers..

My Mondeo Mk3 has a dent on the offside front wheel arch and I would like to press/knock it out. Have tried a suction cup on it but since the lip of the wing is slightly pushed in, this method will not work for me, as the metal is too thick to work, while on the car. Since I will need to remove the wheel arch liner to get the wing off, will this give me easy access to renew the anti roll bar rubbers from above without having to get underneath the car?

Not really no. You'd need to take the panel off ideally. It's only bolted on anyway.
