Welder in Merseyside wanted/recommendation

Not the machine (my lock up has no electricity alas) but someone who will weld up the back of the sills and inner rear wheelarches of my Primera and do a half reasonable job which involves cutting out the rust.

 

I'm so sad I'm full of love for the Primera which I feel deserves more than an MOT plate over the rust job...
