Laguna 2 lights

I'm after some advice. My mate has a Laguna 2 1.9dci with xenons. His m/s headlight was way too high, so he adjusted it with the hex head screw. Now it's too low and he can't raise it. He must of over adjusted it and the screw has come out. Anyway I said I'd look at it. Anyone have any experience of this and how do you remove the headlight. Thanks in advance.

I'll put money on that it's the adjuster arm sensor has fallen off. They are on the nearside, rear and front suspension.

It's just the way he adjusted it and realised it was too low then tried raising it straight away but it wouldn't move up. The adjuster was turning but it wasn't moving. Makes me think the screw has detached.

Front bumper has to come off to remove the light units. It isn't that hard to get off if I remember correctly. I have got some spare lights for these a couple of sets of normal ones and one set of xenons.
