michiel Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 My brochure collection consists mainly of Japanese car brochures, but every now and again I can't resist a Peugeot, Simca or NSU brochure like these ones: Just because it's such a lovely little car.
michiel Posted April 14, 2009 Author Posted April 14, 2009 I was convinced I'd own a 404 one day, so I bought some manuals and a brochure, because that's the way to get one innit? Just put the brochure under your pillow and the shite fairy will bring you a 404. Now where's my 404?
Volksy Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Fantastic! On the last page it refers to NSU's own campsite in Italy, This is still running (although now under the ownership of the local 'Family') and for a couple of years I worked there! Its called Union-Lido and is IIRC the biggest campsite in europe. It has about 7 restaurants 3 supermarkets and its own huge water tower. It is the size of a small town, and even has its own fire department and armed police/security. I still get a Christmas card from the owner each year... website here - www.unionlido.com (we used to call it all sorts of names, Onion Lilo, Prison Dildo , as the rules are VERY strict, so at times it felt like an odd sci-fi leisure town, where you were 'controlled' to have fun) Happy days though!
