I'm a wet blanket liberal type but anyone who purposely sits in the middle lane like that overtaking nothing should be forced to sit and watch their stupid car and stupid driving license disappear under a car crusher.

 

Sometimes a pointed diagonal move from 1 to 3 behind them and then in front of them is enough to make them begrudgingly move in.

 

Perhaps the shite 4x4 being collected can be used to deliver this punishment?
