Even my Mk3 doesn't have injection. It is only an L though.

I reckon 90% of the taxis in my town were Mk2 Cavs in the eighties, that tells you how good they were.

The 1.8se in your car is only slightly different from the earlier 18e. The inlet, injection, and distributor being main differences but bhp is only a couple short of the earlier set up.

 

I've got a few bits and pieces spare for these cars as I have one myself so let me know if your short of anything and I'll have a look.
