I've always found it a struggle to get comfy in the car. Theres bugger all adjustment other that forwarded & back and tilting rear of it (For 90% of people you'll have both set right the way back, as there is bugger all space in these things!).

 

Admitted though, I'd say this is maybe more the because of the overall size of the car and myself rather than the seats.

Just to follow up this thread, I've found a workaround for my discomfort when driving the 406. I've joined a gym! I started to think that maybe the problem was with me. The seat still isn't what I would call comfortable but after attending the leisure centre just handily opened nearby I have found that my back doesn't ache like it did. So, maybe the problem was me all along!

The most comfortable that I can remember would be Renault 20/25,Citroen cx and early Sri mk2cavaliers with proper recaros.Worst are most moderns with anti submarine seats? Peugeot 308 being a good example of that.
