Much as there's no better Woollard than a William Woollard Woollard, the fate of the Buick concerns me more. Deadish? Not exported. I always thought rfl which ended partway through a month was when the vee-hicle was registered scrapped...

Edit again: Resto appears to have screwed up the headlights, grille, hubcaps, bumper and overriders to mention but a few details. At least it was a cheap* motor.
