Fantastic (fantastique?) thread indeed!

 

Anyway, it's quite simple. You sell the Renault and buy the old mill & do it up. Get some flour out of it & make bread, which you sell to the French (they eat loads of it every day). Then you buy the hydro-electric powerstation & do that up too. Um...yes, then you connect it to the Chateau & so get water & electricity back there (you are still making €s from selling the bread from the mill of course). Then you do the Chateau up & fill it with old Volkswagens & we'll all come and visit you, eat bread, drink wine, etc, etc.

 

(Oh yes, and obviously while all this is going on you get to be in a reality TV show in the UK). Easy.
