MGF 1998 for sale, MOT failure for spares or repair

Despite attempts to keep our little MGF on the road, we've had to succumb to the uneconomical estimate given to do so.  It is, however, a nice little runner that drove well until a clutch issue started to manifest itself ahead of a MOT.  We decided to have it all serviced before the MOT but our mechanic called time on it, saying it wasn't financially worth our while to do so.

Some members will have seen that we've previously posted a thread about repairing it following a minor front end prang: http://autoshite.com/topic/19665-mgf-facelift/page-2?do=findComment&comment=721448

So here we are, having SORN'd it and cancelled the insurance, we are looking to sell it, preferably as a whole vehicle.

There is a very detailed service history and the mileage is 91,786

The wheels attracted a lot of attention when the post was made so for the price of them you can have the whole car which is an MOT failure but driveable.  It will of course require a trailer to be taken away legally.

We are open to sensible offers please and placing it on Ebay also.

Lowered knuckles, not been pumped up for ages, or duff displacers? How's the shell?

If anyone buys it for wheels, I'd be into the seats looking at that - mine has had cream/black and the PO robbed the nice seats for his TF, so I have cream door inserts and black TF seats :/

aren`t the wheels just the normal MGF wheels painted black?

or am i talking out of my arse?

I sold a set of those today. They fit Triumph TR7s which is where they were heading :)
